What a Typical Booking Costs
- Stretch limo, 4 hours, regular date: from about $600 (4 × $150) up to $1,400 for the largest limos.
- Sprinter, 4 hours: from about $800 (4 × $200) up to $1,400.
- Party bus or coach on a prom or wedding Saturday, 6 hours: from about $1,500 (6 × $250) up to $2,400 for the biggest buses.
Splitting it with the group makes it easy: a 30-guest party bus at $1,500 works out to about $50 a person for the whole night.
What Changes the Price
- Vehicle size: a 10-passenger limo costs less per hour than a 40-passenger party bus.
- Date and season: prom weekends, wedding Saturdays and holidays book first and run at the higher end of the range.
- Hours: 4-hour minimum on regular dates, 6 hours on high-season and special-event dates.
- Route: rides that start or end outside Fort Collins and nearby towns, such as Denver International Airport or the mountains, can add travel time.

Why is there a minimum number of hours?
Every booking blocks the vehicle and chauffeur for the whole evening, including prep and travel. The minimum is 4 hours on regular dates and 6 hours on high-season and special-event dates.
When is high season?
Prom and homecoming weekends, wedding Saturdays, holidays such as New Year’s Eve, and big concert and game days. On those dates rates sit at the higher end and the 6-hour minimum applies.
Is the chauffeur’s gratuity included?
No. Hourly rates do not include the chauffeur’s gratuity, which is added on top. Ask about it when you request your estimate so the total is clear.
